Gabapentin, lidocaine hydrochloride, and baclofen gel is a topical medication used to treat neuropathic pain and muscle stiffness. It combines three active ingredients: gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant used to manage neuropathic pain; lidocaine, a local anesthetic that numbs the area; and baclofen, a muscle relaxant that reduces muscle spasticity.
